Job Type: Part Time (AM or PM) with opportunity to move to a full time position.
Shaping Steps ABA, a BCBA‑owned and operated agency in Austin, TX, is expanding and seeks passionate RBTs to provide high‑quality, in‑home ABA therapy services to families in the Austin area.

The RBT works under the supervision of a BCBA to implement skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction plans. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 therapy in clients’ homes, collecting data, and creating a safe and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes.
- Collaborate with BCBAs to develop, modify, and adjust treatment plans.
- Implement treatment plans designed by the BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
- Maintain session notes and complete required documentation.
- Assist with parent training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
- Required: High School Diploma, active RBT certification, CPR and First Aid certified (training provided).
- Preferred: College degree or in progress, bilingual (Spanish or other), experience delivering in‑home ABA therapy.
- Ability to move from standing to kneeling and back without assistance.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Paid drive time between appointments.
- Paid orientation and initial training.

- Fieldwork supervision for aspiring BCBAs.
Day shift, Monday to Friday, no nights. Expected hours: 10–35 per week.
