We’re hiring for a Patient Experience Director to run the front end of our clinics (check-in, phones, patient complaints, and everything that shapes how patients feel about us).

Job Details

The best background looks like this:

• Worked in urgent care, outpatient clinics, or multi-site medical groups
• Led front desk, patient access, or patient relations teams
• Handled:
  Angry patients, Bad reviews, Billing fights, Long wait times, Staff mistakes
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership, especially in patient experience.

They’ve had to:

Protect the brand
Keep doctors and patients from fighting
Keep clinics running smoothly

This is a healthcare operations problem-solver, not a hospitality manager.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Salary: $105K-$117K per year + bonuses (paid quarterly)
