Olive Branch ABA is looking for a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our growing team in Austin.
As a bilingual RBT, you'll provide individualized ABA services to children and families while helping create a comfortable and effective environment for Spanish-speaking clients. Your ability to communicate in both languages can make a meaningful difference in the quality of care and connection we provide.
What You'll Do- Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families
- Collect and accurately document session data
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children and caregivers
- Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team
- Maintain professional and consistent communication with families
- Active RBT certification required
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous ABA experience preferred
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate
- Ability to work independently while following clinical direction
