Training Wheels ABA is growing our In-Home ABA Team! We're looking for compassionate RBTs who want to make a meaningful difference while receiving the support, flexibility, and career growth they deserve.

If you enjoy building strong relationships with families, working independently with ongoing BCBA support, and helping children reach their fullest potential, we'd love to meet you.

• $20.00–$26.00/hour based on experience
• Guaranteed 30 hours per week
• Full hourly pay for required non-billable work, including meetings, training, and other assigned responsibilities—never minimum wage
• $250 New Hire Bonus after successfully completing your 90-day introductory period

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, adaptive living, play, and behavior management skills.
• Collect session data and complete documentation.
• Partner with families and your clinical team.
• Travel between client homes within your assigned area.

• Active RBT Certification
• Experience providing ABA therapy
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Excellent communication skills

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Experience working with children
