Purpose:

support banquet operations, maintain cleanliness of china, silverware, cookware, transport food, plating, assisting servers.

• Maintain cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware.
• Assist during banquets by transporting food/china to and from the kitchen.
• Plate food for events and assist banquet servers in event serving.
• Provide flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays.

• True desire to satisfy needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be available weekdays, weekends, holidays.
