We are seeking a Valet/Bell Attendant to assist guests with vehicle transport and guest services, ensuring a pleasant arrival and departure experience.

• Demonstrate and maintain 4‑Diamond standards of service daily.
• Greet all guests in a friendly, warm manner.
• Assist guests with luggage during check‑in/check‑out.
• Orient guests to room amenities.
• Provide directions and information about the resort and surrounding area.
• Efficiently and safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Deliver packages to rooms.
• Deliver newspapers to guest rooms.
• Shine shoes upon request.
• Assist in resolving and accommodating guest requests.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including hotel key policies.
• Maintain a clean uniform with name tag.
• Keep lobby/main drive clean and tidy.
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of club events, promotes, amenities and services.
• Understand all emergency procedures.
• Log all runs on the Valet log at the Valet Stand.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous Valet/Bellperson experience preferred.
• Excellent grooming and body language to represent the brand.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 100–150 lbs. frequently; work on feet entire shift.
• Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission, preferred.
• Must have a valid TX driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with an excellent driving record (less than 2 moving violations in the last two years).
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
