We are currently looking for a Front Desk Associate—OVERNIGHT PM Position for ROOST Rainey who enjoys the hospitality industry and supervising a team. The ideal overnight Front Desk Agent for this opportunity will match the ROOST style, be an “out of the box” thinker, exhibit great leadership skills, and have a passion for an entrepreneurial culture.

• Manage online, phone, and in-person room reservations
• Welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities
• Take payment from customers
• Respond to guest feedback in a friendly, timely manner
• Explain local amenities and attractions to guests
• Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs
• Assist customers with the planning of special events
• Arrange specialized services for VIP customers

• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
• Must work well in stressful, high‑pressure situations with minimum supervision.
• Must be effective at listening, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by coworkers and guests.
• Be able to work overnight hours.
