As a Spa Curator Supervisor, you’ll lead and mentor the spa desk team, supporting daily operations while helping create personalized, memorable experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the spa front desk team, training associates to deliver outstanding guest service in line with brand standards.
  • Oversee reservations for spa services and cabanas, maximizing sales opportunities and ensuring accurate communication of details.
  • Manage daily financial processes, including submitting reports, reconciling payments, and monitoring retail performance.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming spa environment by ensuring cleanliness, proper inventory levels, and equipment readiness.
  • Greet guests warmly, assist with reservations or directions, and provide knowledgeable information about the spa, hotel, and local area.
  • Support the safety and security of the spa, ensuring access is limited to authorized guests.
  • Collaborate with the Spa Director on operational improvements, guest satisfaction strategies, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Assist with furniture setup, product movement, and preparation for special spa events.
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous spa, hospitality, or customer service experience with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to create memorable guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of scheduling systems, retail operations, and basic accounting procedures.
  • Organizational skills to manage inventories, track sales, and maintain operational standards.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand for long periods, and assist with moving furniture or supplies as needed.
