Base pay: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

This role is part of the Tc4 & Co. Hospitality group, Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden, located in Austin, TX. The venue offers award‑winning New York‑style pizza and Italian American food in a fast‑casual beer garden setting. We are looking for people who love the extraordinary, not the ordinary.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age, or older (based on local restrictions)
- Previous bartending experience strongly preferred, but we can train you!
- Must be eligible to work in the US

Note:
This is a tipped role. Base pay of $2.13 plus tip share applies.
Front‑of‑house responsibilities include guest service and bar customer interaction, providing great customer service in addition to drink preparation. Bartender roles also require friendly and thoughtful interaction with co‑workers and other front‑of‑house team members.
