Job DescriptionOmni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Spa Manager for Barton Creek Resort & Spa. The Spa Manager supports and assists the Spa Director in operating the spa, taking direct responsibility for guest services, locker rooms, facility and inventory operations, booking and scheduling services, and leading the spa team to maximize guest satisfaction, standards, and profit.
- Assist with day-to-day spa operations.
- Provide leadership to achieve business goals and objectives under the Spa Director.
- Interact with guests to ensure optimum service and translate feedback into improvements.
- Respond to employee and guest needs with concern and urgency.
- Adjust provider schedules and resolve Resort Suite issues.
- Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Adhere to standard policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and cordial atmosphere, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly across departments and levels.
- Support team-building and training initiatives.
- Manage staff hiring, performance reviews, and coaching.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the spa booking system.
- Prepare accurate payroll data.
- Participate in scheduling, budgeting, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Omni standards of appearance, cleanliness, and service.
- Attend annual trade shows and stay current on industry trends.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and spa business data.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Spa Director.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 2 years of spa management experience (strongly preferred).
- CPR and First Aid certification (desired).
- Ability to interact professionally under pressure.
- Physical capacity to bend, stoop, lift moderate weight.
- Flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays.
