Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking an Assistant Director of Engineering to join our dynamic Engineering Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

The Assistant Director of Engineering is a Department Head role, reporting to the Director of Engineering, and is responsible for providing service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, fire, HVAC and Safety & Security.

We expect you to respond to interior & exterior inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.

• Three to five years’ experience in a similar position. Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills to develop a team of Engineers.
• Technical school certification is preferred.
• US work authorization is required.
