Job DescriptionSupport and assist the Spa Director in implementing the spa’s vision and mission. Take direct responsibility for Guest Services, Locker Rooms, Facility and Inventory operations, Booking and Scheduling services; lead and evaluate these areas. Manage all spa operations in the absence of the Spa Director, ensuring guest satisfaction, Omni standards, and profit maximization.
Responsibilities- Assist with day‑to‑day operation of the spa.
- Provide leadership to the department to achieve business goals.
- Interact with guests to ensure optimum service and satisfaction; translate feedback into improvements.
- Respond to employee and guest needs with genuine concern and a sense of urgency.
- Adjust provider schedules as needed and resolve Resort Suite issues.
- Assist in developing business strategies and project plans to align new concepts and policies with company objectives.
- Adhere to all standard policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and efficient manner at all times.
- Develop ongoing relationships with employees and guests; maintain confidentiality.
- Communicate clearly across departments and levels within the company.
- Display a cooperative, team‑like attitude with all Omni departments.
- Keep work area neat, clean, and organized.
- Attend required training and department meetings; assist Spa Director with facilitation.
- Manage, coach, and direct the Spa Management Operations team.
- Develop and implement efficient spa operations systems.
- Maintain spa facilities and troubleshoot the booking system.
- Prepare and submit accurate payroll data.
- Participate in hiring, coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Oversee scheduling and develop team‑building programs.
- Resolve conflicts between employees and/or guests.
- Contribute to policy and procedure development and budget adherence.
- Enforce Omni standards for spa appearance, cleanliness, and service.
- Attend annual trade shows related to spa activities and stay current with industry trends.
- Promote the spa, hotel, and club affiliates and services.
- Maintain client and business confidentiality/privacy at all times.
- Perform other job‑related duties as directed by the Spa Director.
- Must be flexible with work schedule and able to work weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 2‑year previous spa management experience (strongly preferred).
- CPR and First Aid certification (desired).
- Ability to interact professionally with people under pressure.
- Physical requirements:
bending, stooping, and lifting moderate weight; adherence to all aspects of job safety.
