Front Desk Supervisor – Double Tree by Hilton NW Arboretum

White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award‑winning, premium‑brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country’s best cities. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will ensure an exceptional guest experience while supporting the daily operations of the Front Desk team.

$60,000.00 – $70,000.00

• Deliver the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
• Run the “perfect shift” by ensuring all checklist items are complete and standards are upheld.
• Supervise Front Desk staff and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Oversee the department in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Perform hourly tasks and operate equipment as needed, while assisting with new associate training and cross‑training.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to maintain smooth operations.

• An outgoing personality and positive attitude.
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
