Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee our hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in hospitality management, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel, including staff supervision, revenue management, and guest services.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
  • Supervise and lead hotel staff across various departments, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.
  • Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to support hotel operations.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for upper management.

Position Requirements
High School, 3+ Years work experience
Experience
  • Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with experience in leading diverse teams.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in resort management is a plus.
