We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee our hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in hospitality management, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel, including staff supervision, revenue management, and guest services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
- Supervise and lead hotel staff across various departments, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to support hotel operations.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for upper management.
Position Requirements
High School,
3+ Years

- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
- Excellent supervisory skills with experience in leading diverse teams.
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in resort management is a plus.
