Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking a Welcome Ambassador Captain (Bell Captain) to lead Bell/Valet operations and enhance guest arrivals and departures. This full-time role is central to the Front Office team and provides opportunities to train colleagues, oversee luggage handling, and coordinate guest services in a luxury resort setting.
You will work closely with Front Office and Security to ensure guests are greeted, guided, and accommodated with high standards of hospitality.
