We are now looking for an exceptionally motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our business to work within our newly established Austin office, with an already warm desk. It is an exceptional opportunity for a driven recruiter who is looking to make their mark on the sector with real training & support for senior management of the business.

The position:

Your daily routine would be hugely varied, but the core duties would include:

• Liaising with clients to identify their recruitment needs
• Advertising and handling the response
• Meeting with candidates & clients
• Presentation of suitable candidate CVs for your client
• Negotiation of employment offers, and issuing contracts to candidates
