As we grow our Austin operation, we are looking for a visionary and hands‑on Recruitment Leader to drive growth, develop service offerings, grow the team and expand our brand across North America. Reporting to the Group Board, you’ll be a pivotal force in developing our US presence and collaborating with our global leadership team.

- Proven leadership experience in the recruitment industry.
- Strong track record of building and managing high‑performing teams.
- Expertise in sales, marketing, or IT recruitment, with a deep understanding of the tech market.
