From $45,000 + Uncapped Commission (First-Year OTE $80k–$100k)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building relationships with hiring managers across the tech sector
• Sourcing and engaging high‑quality candidates using the latest tools and platforms
• Managing the full recruitment process from first call to placement
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Developing specialist knowledge of the software, data and cloud markets

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• A bachelor’s degree (all disciplines welcome)
• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
• Confident communication skills and a people‑first mindset
• Ambition, resilience and the drive to work towards clear financial and career goals
