Recruiter, HR ​/ Recruitment Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a results‑driven Recruiter with proven high‑volume agency experience and a strong background in recruiting for General Contractors and mission‑critical construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical scopes, along with experience recruiting across industrial, commercial, and MEP trades. You’ll be responsible for full‑cycle recruiting across a range of technical and field‑based roles, from sourcing and outreach to offer negotiation.

This role requires someone who can build strong pipelines, develop trusted relationships with hiring managers, and move fast to fill urgent, high‑impact roles in the data center construction industry.

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for construction, engineering, and project‑based roles across the U.S.
• Proactively source and engage talent through Linked In, job boards, referrals, and niche industry networks
• Qualify candidates through resume screening and interviews, assessing for technical fit and site‑readiness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders
• Drive recruitment campaigns for project‑specific staffing efforts
• Own the offer and negotiation process in collaboration with leadership
• Maintain candidate records and pipelines in the ATS with attention to detail and compliance

• 3+ years of high‑volume agency recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or high‑volume/staffing environment
• Proven track record recruiting in construction, mission‑critical, industrial, commercial, or MEP‑related sectors
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting strategies
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean searches, Linked In Recruiter, and other proactive outreach strategies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to build trust fast
• Experience managing fast‑paced requisitions and meeting aggressive hiring goals
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and CRM tools

• Experience recruiting for hyperscale data center projects or mission‑critical environments
• Familiarity with construction safety certifications and trades licensure (OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, Journeyman licenses, etc.)
• Previous experience working with Veteran hiring programs or diverse workforce initiatives
