Description:

Partnerships with key surgeon consultants help provide advanced and proprietary patented solutions, including EMPOWR 3D Knee, the only dual-pivot knee system on the market, and Alti Vate Reverse Shoulder, a market-leading system, based on the design principles of the RSP Shoulder, which has demonstrated excellent clinical outcomes at 10 years.

** Job Title/High Level Position Summary**:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting both employees and leaders across daily HR operations. This position provides hands-on support in areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, HRIS transactions, and employee engagement initiatives. You will partner closely with managers to ensure consistent application of HR processes, support organizational goals, and help maintain a positive and productive workplace.
This is a fully on-site position and will require the candidate to be in the office five days a week.

* Key Responsibilities:
*** Recruitment & Onboarding:
Support the end-to-end recruitment process by partnering with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on job postings, interview coordination, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
* Performance Management:
Partner with managers and employees to support goal-setting, performance discussions, and annual review processes.
* HR Policy & Compliance:
Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company standards.
* Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate and current employee information within the HRIS, ensuring strong data integrity and confidentiality.
* HR Reporting:
Compile and prepare HR metrics and reports to support organizational planning and data-driven decision making.
* General HR Support:
Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to employees and managers, helping to address questions, ensure consistent application of policies, and promote a positive employee experience
