Technical Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary)

Job Summary The Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is a full‑cycle recruiter responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across all departments and position levels. This includes a strong focus on sourcing and recruiting for technical roles such as IT, data analytics, and project management. This 3‑month assignment requires a strong sense of urgency, excellent relationship‑building skills, and the ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast‑paced environment.

The TAS will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver high‑quality candidates while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Essential Functions
  • Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) process for corporate positions across all departments and disciplines, including sourcing, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, running background checks, placing candidates, making job offers, and negotiating compensation.
  • Support key recruiting initiatives, including position management and employee branding.
  • Enter data into and analyze TA dashboards to manage positions and report on key metrics.
  • Draft job postings and interview questions.
  • Continuously learn how to recruit active and passive candidates, attract highly qualified candidates, and move them through our talent acquisition process resulting in hires of the highest caliber.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines for line‑level and managerial positions and assess priority levels of current and future positions in order to appropriately focus recruiting efforts.
  • Identify potential candidates and use cost‑effective techniques to attract applicants.
  • Guide candidates and hiring managers through the hiring process.
  • Effectively use grass roots tools, such as job boards, social media, job fairs, networking meetings, employee referral programs, and staffing agencies.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver superior customer service to all internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to accomplish program goals and objectives.
  • Manage ATS, respond to user inquiries, train new users, and collaborate with HRIS Application Specialist and IT to resolve problems.
  • Deliver recruitment training to hiring managers on a one‑on‑one basis or in group settings and collaborate with Organizational Development to design training.
  • Communicate recruiting successes and challenges to internal stakeholders regularly.
  • Manage offer letter preparation through new hire onboarding.
  • Facilitate background screening process.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Complete required regulatory training as assigned.
  • Maintain strict adherence and compliance to all laws, rules, regulations and internal controls specific to the role, including Bank Secrecy Act, Anti‑Money Laundering, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and Fair Lending regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • Excellent professional spoken, written, and intrapersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to source and recruit for technical roles, including IT, data analytics, and project/program management positions.
