Technical Recruiter

We’re seeking an energetic and results-driven Technical Recruiter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This role is more than filling seats - it’s about building teams that drive success and shape the future of innovation. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical talent across roles such as Software Engineering, Dev Ops, AI/ML, and more. • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and craft strategic, proactive sourcing plans.
• Identify and engage top talent through a variety of channels (Linked In Recruiter, Git Hub, networking, events, job boards, etc.).
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to offer negotiations—while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Avride, showcasing our mission, culture, and opportunities to prospective talent.
• Partner with third-party agencies as needed.

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, ideally in high-growth startups or fast-paced agency settings.
• Deep knowledge of technical roles and modern technologies (e.g., Software Engineering, Dev Ops).
• Proven ability to creatively source passive candidates and close them in a competitive market.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with ATS tools and recruitment platforms.
• Self-starter with a startup mentality: you’re resourceful, enthusiastic, adaptable, and thrive without a playbook.
• Passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams.

• Passion for robotics, autonomy, ML.
• Experience hiring for engineers at top tier global companies.
