Are you an experienced agency recruiter looking to level up in a high-growth, high-performing environment? 💼⚡️

This is an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join Oscar-Recruit's expanding Tech team in Austin.

You'll play a key role in sourcing top technical talent, strengthening candidate relationships, and driving delivery success across high-demand verticals. This is a 180 role
- focused purely on the candidate side - with a clear progression pathway.

• Identify top-tier technical talent using advanced search techniques across multiple platforms (Software, Cloud, Data, Cyber, Infrastructure, etc.).
• Conduct structured screening and qualification calls using strong agency-style questioning to assess skills, motivations, and role fit.
• Develop long-term candidate relationships by understanding career goals and matching talent to opportunities with our clients.
• Create engaging job content
  , talent spotlights, and candidate-attraction posts to promote across social media channels and drive passive engagement.
• Manage expectations,
  navigate offers
  , and influence decision-making to secure the best outcomes for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop a strong commercial awareness of your technical vertical

• Previous agency recruitment experience (required)
• Experience sourcing and delivering technical candidates (Software, Cloud, Data, Cyber, Infrastructure, Product, etc.)
• Proven resilience, positivity, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn quickly and implement feedback immediately
• Competitive, achievement-oriented, and goal driven
• Clear financial motivation and ambition
• Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills

• $55,000 starting base with uncapped commission from day one.
• Uncapped commission structure
• First-Year OTE $100,000+
