As we expand, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Candidate Recruiter to join our high-performing Austin team and play a key role in delivering for our growing client base.

The Role:

We’re hiring a Senior Technology Candidate Recruiter with at least 4 years of experience in tech recruitment. This is a candidate-focused role — you’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing top technology talent across roles generated by our business development and sales teams. You’ll work closely with client-facing consultants and help ensure the right people are matched with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage top-tier technology candidates across the U.S.
• Manage end-to-end candidate pipelines for active client roles
• Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and role briefs
• Conduct candidate qualification calls, interviews, and shortlisting
• Provide market insights and candidate feedback to consultants and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate data and activity records in our CRM
• Help mentor junior resourcers or recruitment staff as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in technology recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Proven ability to source hard-to-find candidates using modern sourcing tools and techniques
• Strong understanding of tech roles (software engineering, Dev Ops, product, data, etc.)
• Ability to work at pace, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a scaling business
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Based in Austin, TX — hybrid working available
