As our client base expands, we are seeking a skilled part‑time contract recruiter to help us attract and hire top technical and operational talent.
Role OverviewSigma Information Group is seeking a contract Recruiter to support our growing hiring needs and help maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of talent across technical and consulting roles. The recruiter will lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts for various positions, including help desk technicians, systems engineers, project specialists, cybersecurity analysts, and administrative support positions.
Responsibilities- Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and role priorities.
- Create, post, and manage job listings across various job boards and social platforms.
- Maintain and continuously build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Proactively source, screen, and engage talent across multiple channels.
- Help streamline and optimize our recruiting process, making it more efficient and scalable.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support candidate communication throughout the process.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Offer recommendations and insights to improve candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
- Track and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Represent the company's culture and values to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Proven experience in recruiting, ideally within IT, MSP, technology services, or similar technical environments.
- Strong sourcing experience using Linked In Recruiter.
- Ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with the team.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to offer strategic advice.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of humor (we value personality!).
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic setting.
- Genuine dedication to supporting the team and contributing to long‑term success.

- Contract role: 10–20 hours per week.
