Position: Sales Recruiter (Contract)

This is a 12-month contract role. You will develop meaningful relationships with stakeholders to understand Canva’s evolving GTM product organisation and own the hiring efforts for our Sales, Customer Success and other specialised roles within our GTM teams. This is a hybrid role in Austin, Texas, and you must be able to commute to the office 1-2 times a week.

Responsibilities
  • Hiring Strategies:
    Work with key stakeholders to develop a proactive hiring and sourcing strategy and understand the core role requirements for GTM roles.
  • Sourcing:
    Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across passive channels, including country-specific platforms, market research, Boolean search, referrals, events, and campaigns; think creatively to identify top talent.
  • Full life-cycle recruiting:
    Own the recruiting process from start to finish—sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Hire the best:
    Focus on hiring quality candidates with agility and speed, including global searches for Canva.
  • Partner with hiring managers:
    Collaborate to understand how each role fits into Canva.
  • Candidate experience:
    Provide an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for Canva.
  • Data-driven:
    Continuously improve the hiring process with a data-first approach.

  • You excel at building relationships and partnerships within the organization and externally to drive recruiting success.
  • You have experience with high-volume GTM recruiting, analyze recruiting metrics, and implement process improvements for scalable operations.
  • You are strong at closing, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and are self-motivated and adaptable.
  • You are creative and proactive in staying current with talent sourcing, using diverse platforms and tools to find top talent.
  • You understand Canva’s product, culture, and mission, can communicate Canva’s story to candidates, and prioritize an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
