We are looking for candidates with expertise in handling change-related processes, including planning, strategy, and assessment.
Roles- Change Strategist
- Develop and lead change management strategies aligned with business goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement Lead
- Identify and manage stakeholders impacted by change initiatives.
- Communication Manager
- Design and deliver effective communication plans to support change adoption.
- Oversee training programs to prepare employees for new processes, systems, or structures.
- Impact Analyst
- Assess organizational impact and readiness for change.
- Adoption & Resistance Manager
- Monitor adoption rates and address resistance to change.
- Develop comprehensive change management plans for projects, programs, or transformations.
- Align change initiatives with organizational goals and culture.
- Identify key stakeholders and assess their influence and impact.
- Build stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and support.
- Create targeted communication plans to inform and engage employees.
- Deliver consistent messaging across multiple channels.
- Design and coordinate training programs to support new tools, processes, or roles.
- Ensure employees are equipped to succeed in the new environment.
- Conduct change impact assessments to understand how changes affect teams and individuals.
- Evaluate organizational readiness and recommend interventions.
- Track change adoption metrics and KPIs.
- Collect feedback and adjust change strategies as needed.
- Identify potential risks and resistance points.
- Develop mitigation plans and support mechanisms.
- Work closely with project managers, HR, communications, and leadership teams.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders and change agents.
