The Role You’ll PlayWe’re looking for more than just an HR expert—we want a strategic partner who can empower our leaders and drive meaningful business impact through people-centered solutions. Think of this role as part strategist, coach, and culture champion. This role will operate on a team of Business Partners, reporting into a function-dedicated manager. You’ll work side-by-side with Revenue senior leaders to build high-performing teams, shape the employee experience, and ensure our people strategy is always one step ahead of business need.
You’ll bring serious HR expertise, strong business acumen and a gift of cutting through complexity with smart, people-first solutions.
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals - providing thoughtful oversight and guidance throughout.
- Use people data to illuminate trends, influence decisions, and fuel action across teams and functions.
- Proactively coach and support leaders in performance management, talent development, and effective team leadership.
- Collaborate across P&C specialties to design and deliver programs that engage, develop, and retain top talent.
- Navigate sensitive employee relations matters with confidence and care, balancing business and people priorities.
- Lead initiatives in organizational design, workforce strategy, performance, coaching, team planning, and employee relations.
- Continuously improve our people processes and challenge the status quo with smarter, more human solutions.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, team off-sites, and cultural moments that spark connection and clarity.
- And, of course, you’ll take on other duties as needed to keep things moving forward.
- 5+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner — partnering with senior leaders in global, fast-paced environments.
- A natural coach who knows how to grow leadership capability and navigate change with ease.
- Proven success collaborating with cross-functional HR teams to deliver end-to-end talent solutions.
- Hands-on experience running cross-functional, global HR projects—juggling different cultures and time zones like a pro.
- Deep fluency in org design, performance, development, engagement, and employee relations.
- Confident in analyzing and presenting people data to influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable leading multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, tech-driven workplace.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools like Dayforce, Culture Amp, Greenhouse, Slack, Zoom, and MS Office.
- Well-versed in employment laws and compliance and open to learning about new regions.
