Our client is looking for a Workday Core HCM Product Manager.

Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
  • Lead configuration and enhancement of Workday modules, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Manage data migrations, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and reporting/dashboard development.
  • Conduct business process audits and apply optimization strategies to streamline workflows and reduce processing time.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate data capture and regulatory compliance.
  • Support Workday releases by testing new features, documenting changes, and training end users.
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery for Workday HCM and related modules.
  • Define product roadmaps aligned with business KPIs and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Engineering) to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Lead Workday module implementations and enhancements, including Talent, Performance, Payroll, and Recruiting.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee testing, deployment, and adoption.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Experience Requirements:
  • Workday Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits configuration.
  • Experience with EIBs, Calculated Fields, Report Writer, BIRT.
  • Workflow design, security roles, and compliance (e.g., SOX, FMLA).
  • Stakeholder engagement and change management.
