Position SummaryAs a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will serve as a strategic HR partner, collaborating closely with senior management to drive business objectives through effective HR practices.
Role And Responsibilities- Strategic Alignment:
Work with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s goals and culture. - Talent and Leadership:
Manage key talent acquisition, development, and succession planning to ensure the organization has the right leaders and workforce. - Employee Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, and drive engagement and retention initiatives. - Organizational Change:
Lead organizational development efforts, including change management, cultural assessments, and process improvements. - Data‑Driven Decisions:
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategies, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. - Compliance and Policy:
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up‑to‑date, compliant with regulations, and effectively communicated. - Business Consultation:
Provide expert HR advice to senior leaders, understand the business landscape, and drive results through strategic HR initiatives.
To excel as a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) you’ll need a blend of strategic, operational, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Years of
Work Experience:
7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in a senior HR role or as an HR Business Partner. - Certifications: SPHR, SHRM‑SCP, or equivalent HR certification.
- Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen: Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and demonstrate proven success.
- Leadership and Consultation
Skills:
Excellent consultation skills with experience leading cross‑functional teams and projects. - Advanced HR Knowledge: Deep understanding of talent management, employee relations, organizational development, HR metrics, and employment law.
- Data Analysis and Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to use data‑driven insights to inform HR strategies.
- Communication and Interpersonal
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence and drive change through collaboration.
At Samsung SAS, base pay is just one part of our total compensation package. The base compensation for this role will depend on education, experience, skills, and location.
