Development Partner

Overview

Intelli Source is excited to hire a full time People Development Partner for our partner in Austin, TX. The People Development Partner role is multi-faceted and focuses on building connections and supporting the experience of the learner through inclusivity and welcoming behavior.

• Assist in coordinating and facilitating an engaging new hire orientation experience that ensures new hires have a strong understanding and connection to the mission, vision, and culture; company expectations and standards are clearly conveyed; a positive and innovative onboarding experience is provided; and team culture is clearly modeled throughout orientation.
• Coordinate and plan training locations, schedules, plan of implementation, and track completion of workshops.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Establish effective relationships and communication with all site-based onboarding/leader development and stakeholders; communicate often, manage expectations, obtain necessary stakeholder support, and assist in the creation of engaging and interactive presentations. Meet with site stakeholders regularly. Use direct and honest communication.

• B.S./B.A. in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related degree with a minimum of 1–3 years' experience in human resources, training, general business, or related work experience.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories
• Evidence of exceptional ability
• Motivated, self-starter. Treats body of work as an entrepreneur.
• Highly analytical and able to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage a full project life cycle independently with acute attention to detail.
• Uncompromisingly results-driven with superior ability to deliver on commitments.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills; punctual when replying to emails asking for action.
• Ability to interact professionally and confidently with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Proactively seeks opportunities to evolve public speaking and facilitation skills.
• Quick learner who can deal with uncertainty, complexity, and evolving responsibilities.
