- Senior will focus on recruiting and building talent acquisition strategies, processes, and capabilities supporting the client's business verticals. This role involves partnering with stakeholders and Human Resources to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles at all levels, leveraging technical recruiting expertise to influence and guide hiring managers.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles.
• Execute the end-to-end recruiting process.
• Conduct in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers.
• Provide market insights and education to stakeholders.
• Identify and utilize the best online sourcing channels.
• Organize targeted outreach events in the industry.
• Assess candidate quality, skills, and fit for positions.

• Proven recruiting experience with increased levels of responsibility.
• Experience developing talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook experience.
