As a Recruiting Partner, you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle—from developing client relationships and generating new business to sourcing candidates, managing searches, and making placements.

- Are ready to develop business—not just work existing requisitions
- Are self-directed, resilient, and motivated by results
- Want to build their own client base and long-term book of business

This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation.Success requires a full-time commitment and financial readiness for the ramp-up period.
