About the RoleSagan is accepting applications for current and future recruiter opportunities supporting US businesses. This track focuses on home services experience. There is no guarantee of an immediate vacancy, interview or placement.
Position OverviewWe want to understand work you have actually performed in home services. Explain the type of business you supported and your responsibilities in your resume.
Key Responsibilities- Source and screen applicants, coordinate interviews, maintain hiring pipelines and work with branch managers on staffing needs.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience. Full-cycle recruiting, ATS records and behavioral interviewing; trades or home-services recruiting is useful. Clear written and spoken English and availability for US business hours.
- Prior support for US-based businesses in home services. Relevant adjacent experience will be reviewed for the specific opportunity.
