About the RoleOur Employer of Record partner network spans 160+ countries, and every client experience depends on those partners delivering. We’re hiring an EOR Partnerships Specialist to own partner performance and quality, reporting to our Global Payroll Manager.
You’ll make sure partners hit their SLAs, resolve issues quickly, and give clients and their employees a consistently high-quality experience. You’ll work closely with Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Employee Experience, Customer Success, and Vendor Sourcing.
This is a hands‑on account management role with a clear growth path. As the function scales, you’ll help build, and eventually lead, a dedicated partnership management team.
What You’ll Do- Own a portfolio of EOR partners. Be the main point of contact for partners across multiple regions. Build strong working relationships and run regular performance reviews, such as QBRs.
- Hold partners to their SLAs. Define, track, and report on partner KPIs and SLA adherence. Spot underperformance early and drive improvement plans. Where needed, recommend replacing a partner, working with Vendor Sourcing.
- Own escalations end to end. Take partner issues from logging through root cause to resolution, so clients and employees aren’t left waiting.
- Oversee contracts and commercials. Keep partner contracts, pricing terms, and SLAs documented and current. Support renewals and pricing renegotiations with benchmarks and performance data.
- Build the function. Create the playbooks, trackers, and reporting that partnership management will run on. Set up a clean handoff from Vendor Sourcing for newly onboarded partners.
- Share what you know. Contribute to country guides, partner FAQs, and process documentation that the wider team relies on.
- 4–6 years in vendor or partner management, account management, or operations, ideally within EOR, global payroll, or HR services.
- A solid understanding of how EOR models and in-country partners operate.
- A track record of managing external partners against SLAs and driving measurable performance improvement.
- Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills, plus experience with project management tools.
- Highly organised, able to manage many partners and countries at once in a remote setup.
- Strong written and spoken English, and the ability to hold partners accountable while keeping the relationship intact.
- Startup or high-growth experience, especially in the EOR space.
- Experience leading or building a small team.
- You’re comfortable having a firm conversation with a partner who’s missing their SLAs.
- You like turning messy, manual processes into structure that scales.
- You want to grow from individual contributor into leading a team.
- You care about the employee on the other end of every partner issue.
- Own a 160+ country partner network that sits at the core of how we deliver for clients.
- Build a function from the ground up, with a clear path to…
