This role is pivotal in supporting the recruitment team by coordinating interview schedules and managing candidate experiences. You will ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly, acting as a key liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Proactive communication and meticulous organization are essential for success in this dynamic position.

• Schedule and coordinate all candidate interviews.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates.
• Manage interview logistics and candidate travel arrangements.
• Address scheduling conflicts and last-minute issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools and calendar management.

Experience with in Human Resources and/or Recruiting is preferred for this role.
