ABOUT THE ROLE

The People Operations Coordinator functions as the connection between our people and the systems that support them. You’ll run core People processes across recruiting, onboarding and off-boarding, employee experience, benefits and leave coordination, and HR systems administration. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can make an employee or candidate feel genuinely supported and at the same time, use AI or automation to eliminate a repetitive step.

You’ll report to our Sr. Director of HR & People Operations.

This is an entry level role with the target salary range of $55,000-$75,000 annual.

• Keep recruiting moving across open roles by supporting job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and accurate ATS tracking — while finding ways to make the candidate experience faster and more human.
• Run onboarding and off-boarding from checklist to completion, coordinating documentation, system access, first‑day logistics, and clear employee communication.
• Be a first‑line People resource for routine benefits, leave, and employee‑experience questions; resolve what you can and route more complex issues to the right HR partner.
• Play a key role in employee experience programs.
• Keep our systems and records clean and useful, including backup administration for ADP and internal tools, limited LMS administration, employee records, trackers, and recurring deadlines.
• Build smarter People Ops workflows. Spot friction, write or improve SOPs, and use AI, automation, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and create better self‑service — while protecting confidential employee data.
• Bring 0–3 years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or a related high‑volume operations/administrative role. Experience supporting an hourly or distributed workforce is a strong plus.
