Humanaut Health seeks an experienced Recruiter & HR Generalist to lead full-cycle hiring for clinical and corporate roles and manage employee relations, benefits, onboarding, and HR compliance across our clinics. The role is based in Austin, TX, with occasional travel as needed and collaboration with the COO.
You will split time between recruiting and HR generalist work, starting around 50/50, with recruiting expanding as new clinics open. 2 days per week in the downtown office are required.
