Light Labs is building a modern lab-testing platform and is hiring its first Recruiter. You’ll own recruiting end to end, sourcing chemists, microbiologists, and commercial talent while partnering with founders to scale the team.
As the first recruiter, you’ll design the process, run interviews, and build a scalable recruitment machine. This role is based in Austin, TX, in-office five days a week and aims to fuel Light Labs’ growth toward a $50M run rate in 2027.
