* Essential Responsibilities:

* ** Project Leadership:
** Lead the delivery team on both small and large projects, ensuring alignment with engagement objectives and budget.
* ** Hands-on Expertise:
** Act as a hands-on application expert, preparing and reviewing project deliverables such as benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document, to-be functional design, baseline configurations (IMG), process maps, control matrices, testing scenarios, user acceptance tests, and business process procedures.
* ** Client Relationship Management:
** Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SMEs, and a network of professional organizations or affiliations.
* ** Best Practices Application:
** Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and consultation with experts, tailored appropriately for the client and their culture.
* ** Effort Estimation:
** Estimate total effort for the application team within the area of expertise.
* ** Design Workshops:
** Lead design workshops with the client to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment.

* ** Advanced Shipping and Receiving:
** Support for Advanced Shipping and Receiving (Adv. SR) with a decentralized EWM/TM system in an outbound scenario.

** TM supports activities such as working with TM-relevant orders and deliveries, creating forwarding orders, and creating freight units.
* ** Continuous Learning:
** Stay informed on the latest updates and enhancements with SAP notes for TM.

* Required Qualifications:

* ** SAP

Experience:

** 12+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP MM/WM/EWM modules.
* ** S/4

HANA

Experience:

** 3+ years of SAP S/4

HANA experience with at least 1 end-to-end implementation.
* ** EWM Implementations:
** At least four E2E SAP project implementations, including at least 2 EWM implementations in SCM and one EWM implementation in S/4

HANA covering inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, production material staging, and physical inventory processes.
* ** Warehouse Processes:
** Expertise in setting up warehouse structure, process-oriented storage control, layout-oriented storage control, VAS, ERP-EWM connectivity configurations, and data distribution models setup.
* ** System Conversion:
** Experience with SAP S/4

HANA System Conversion and Fiori apps.
* ** Batch Management:
** Hands-on experience in managing batch management and Handling unit management scenarios with EWM.
* ** Integration Knowledge:
** Integration knowledge and experience with SAP TMS, MM, SD, and PP.
* ** WRICEF Specifications:
** Experience in writing functional specifications for WRICEF.
* ** SAP Certification:
** S/4

HANA EWM Certification preferred.
* ** Business Process Re-engineering:
** Experience designing and improving business processes and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience.
* ** Communication

Skills:

** Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status, and deliverables with senior executives.
