Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development and ensure the team lives Agile values and principles. You will guide the team through Scrum processes, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is an Agile evangelist with strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.

Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments.

Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions.

Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs.

Track and communicate team metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts).

Promote Agile best practices and foster team self-organization.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and QA.

Encourage continuous improvement by identifying and facilitating improvement opportunities.

Guide team members on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Excellent facilitation, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
