We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our team and lead Agile delivery for key projects within our B2B eCommerce domain. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Agile principles, exceptional communication skills, and a strong background in eCommerce workflows. You will be instrumental in facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Coach and mentor development teams on Agile principles, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and self-organization.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategies and stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments to the team’s progress, proactively managing risks and dependencies to maintain momentum.
  • Champion Agile best practices across the organization, driving process improvements and scaling Agile methods across multiple teams or projects when required.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and consistent delivery expectations.
  • Utilize strong presentation and communication skills to deliver progress updates, performance metrics, and Agile value insights to executives and clients.
  • Analyze team metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in sprint velocity, quality, and overall efficiency.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment that values innovation, agility, and customer-centric thinking.
  • Ensure that project goals are met within scope, time, and budget constraints while maintaining a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced B2B eCommerce setting.
