Adios: Resale Itemizing Specialist; Ecommerce

* This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), with the option to transition into a full-time role as we grow. It is fully remote but requires overlapping with US CDT (GMT-5) for at least 2 hours most days.

About Us:

Adios  is a dynamic and rapidly growing USA-based company specializing in re-commerce. We creatively source, refurbish, and resell unique items through multiple online platforms. Our Resale Concierge (ARC) uses AI and human insight to match products with the right markets. We are seeking a remote specialist to manage posting, administration, and conversion of items across eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, and more.

Position Overview:

You will manage the entire lifecycle of our online resale listings—from creating compelling descriptions to posting, optimizing, and maintaining product visibility. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role suited for someone comfortable with frequent context shifts across marketplaces and messaging platforms.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce or resale
• Proficiency in selling on eBay and Facebook Marketplace
• High attention to detail
• Comfortable with AI-based productivity and workflow tools
• Strong written English and grammar skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, craft, and publish listings across platforms like Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Poshmark, etc.
• Write accurate, persuasive titles and descriptions in error-free, engaging English; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
• Switch quickly between platforms and tasks—respond to buyer inquiries, update listings, monitor engagement.
• Optimize listings with keywords, pricing, messaging, and photos (provided by in-house team).
• Track performance metrics and adjust listings accordingly; adhere to platform best practices.
• Collaborate with the in-house photographer/prep team and ARC for seamless listing management.
• Maintain organized workflows and update internal systems on product status and performance.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong written communication and grammar skills
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environments
• Experience with marketplaces like eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Depop, etc.
• Excellent written English;
  Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Self-motivated, independent worker who meets deadlines and aligns with company priorities
• Passionate about re-commerce, resale culture, and ecommerce trends

• Fully remote; flexible schedule to manage international customer interactions
• Reliable internet and basic familiarity with multiple sales platforms
• At least 2 hours of overlap with GMT-5 timezone
