Job DescriptionThis position is an opportunity for a highly talented sales & alliances development individual to play a key role in defining the Go To Market/Sales pursuit plan for Oracle Health & Life Sciences global partner ecosystem. The Director will support business-critical projects and global initiatives that provide industry-focused and tailored solutions for proven markets with targeted engineered partner sales plays for strategic partners.
Responsibilities- Design and execute global go-to-market partner strategies aligned with Oracle Health & Life Sciences business goals.
- Evaluate strategic and cost-benefit of partnerships collaborating with cross‑line of business leaders.
- Create and execute strategic marketing and new business plans that exceed assigned goals and individual partner business plans.
- Track joint sales pipelines and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead‑generation, product and service launch campaigns, and targeted account selling tactics in existing and emerging markets.
- Lead healthy new joint solutions and services designed to open new markets, strengthen existing partnerships, and drive high‑growth sales results.
- Monitor partner business results and recommend increases to enter market penetration for differentiated Oracle products and partner services.
- Broad experience and understanding of Oracle’s Health & Life Sciences portfolio and how that translates into differentiated partner offerings to market.
- Ability to drive change and have big business impacts even when facing challenges and schedules via business and technical prioritization.
- Deep understanding of leading Global Advisory firms, Global and regional System integrators, and independent software vendors and the delivery models that they use.
- Commercial savvy with an entrepreneurial vision to align corporate objectives into successful partnership strategies.
- Strong sales, alliances, and collaboration skills for successful GTM plans.
- Govern strong governance to secure quarterly sales targets and client deliverables don’t.
- Strong analytical, sales development and marketing attributes.
- Industry specific experience into Life Sciences and Healthcare sector(s) or specialties.
- 10+ years in Sales, Alliances with software and clinical trial‑related products or services.
- Consistent records of exceeding quota.
- Healthcare industry exposure or knowledge.
- Tight software sales background with track record of closing complex software sales.
- Strategic market thinking and priority growth opportunities.
- Capable of penetrating accounts at multi‑level placements and cleanly communicable the Oracle Health & Life Science value proposition.
- Build & nurture lasting relationships with Oracle partners.
- Strong colleagues, cross‑communication skills.
- Highly organized, deadline oriented, produce typical sales forecast and updates.
