Junior Project Manager – Security Governance, Risk & Compliance

SII Group USA is growing and we’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to support our client’s global Security Governance, Risk & Compliance function. If you enjoy bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to complex environments, this is an opportunity to develop your career in a truly international setting.

In this role, you’ll help manage and evolve a global security documentation framework—policies, standards, baselines, and guidelines—while collaborating with teams and stakeholders across multiple regions. You’ll gain exposure to senior decision-makers, global security processes, and industry compliance frameworks.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and support the full lifecycle of global security documentation.
• Build and manage an up-to-date inventory of policies and standards; ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate annual reviews and updates for 10–15 policy documents with junior to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Change Management teams to create communication plans that ensure documents reach the right audiences.
• Identify the need for additional standards and baselines; work with security and technical teams to develop them.
• Ensure effective communication throughout the document lifecycle, ensuring end users understand and follow governance requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience as a Project Manager or PMO
  , ideally within IT, with a strong interest in security.
• Highly organized, structured, and confident working with multiple stakeholders.
• Skilled communicator and strong writer with the ability to bring order to complex environments.
• Comfortable chasing actions, setting deadlines, and driving accountability.
• Collaborative, positive, and proactive mindset.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and Smartsheet
  .
• Knowledge of DRATA or Service Now is a plus.
• Interest in security and compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, GDPR, NIS2, etc.).
• Security certifications are a bonus but not required.
• Experience working in global or offshore teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Understanding of how security supports business operations.
