Job Description:
Our Direct Client is seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site, dedicated Candidate, with skills and expertise as described in below requirement.
Responsibilities:
The Candidate, GIS Analyst, will be responsible for analyzing, developing, validating and deploying components of a GIS solution for revenue collection divisions. The Candidate will work with a team that develops geographic information systems that will link parcel maps with financial data and other data to produce maps and quantify information about the impacts of features on parcel ownership.
The Candidate must have knowledge of and be comfortable performing the following:
- Understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise Server.
- Working knowledge of ArcGIS COGO
- ArcGIS software, technologies specifically Georeferencing.
- Integrating with standard geo formats such as KML, Shape files or GeoRSS
Skill Required/Desired:
Required 3 years - Experience in analyzing geographic information systems and procedures by reading and interpret surveys, legal descriptions, cartography, engineering documents, construction plans, aerial photography and orthophotography
Required 3 years - Experience in designing, developing, and deploying GIS Solutions.
Required 3 years - Experience in planning, organizing and prioritizing multiple assignments to effectively manage a fast paced and changing work environment without compromising accuracy.
Required 3 years
- Experience with consistently meeting internal and external customer needs and expectations in a professional manner
Required 3 years - Experience transposing physical maps into digital shape files
Required 3 years - Experience in the most recent versions of ArcGIS Enterprise
Required 2 years
- Experience with application security requirements
Preferred 1 years
- Experience with State agencies, County, and/or city
Preferred 1 years - GISP GIS certifications
Preferred 1 years - Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel
Preferred 1 years - Familiar utilizing Atlassian products Jira and Confluence.
Preferred 1 years - Experience with working an Agile development methodology, attending daily standups, delivering sprint objectives.
