Job Title:
Technical Project Manager
Job Duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time
Job Duties- Lead end-to-end project delivery by initiating kick-off meetings with stakeholders, defining scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives, and ensuring strategic execution.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, including cost estimates, risk management, and mitigation planning. Monitor progress against financial targets, quality standards, and resource allocation, while approving work orders and weekly invoicing.
- Review key documentation such as project plans, client strategies, risk registers, and mitigation plans to ensure quality and alignment.
- Facilitate daily or weekly stand-ups to track issues, provide escalation updates, and maintain visibility on project health through metrics and trend analysis.
- Guide cross-functional teams by providing technical mentorship and fostering collaboration.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into actionable functional and technical deliverables, ensuring clarity and sign-off at each milestone.
- Continuously improve project outcomes by identifying inefficiencies, promoting automation, and enhancing system stability. Maintain detailed project documentation and regularly communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. Track KPIs and adoption metrics using established reporting frameworks and stay up to date with emerging technologies to inform strategy, shape long-term roadmaps, and drive business growth.
Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (Any), or related field + 5 years of experience in the job offered, Principal Architect, Software Engineer, Program Manager or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US. The frequency of travel will be 10-15%.
