GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Perform advanced (senior-level) analysis of computer systems, encompassing planning, evaluation, implementation and maintenance of law enforcement systems and their supporting infrastructure; this includes integration and management of vendor-provided solutions as well as custom-developed applications. Works under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement.
Applicants must fully complete the summary of experience to determine if minimum qualifications are met. The following Military Occupational Specialty codes are generally applicable to this position.

Education – Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is required.
Experience – Minimum of five (5) years’ experience performing systems administration and advanced technical computer work which includes the implementation, configuration, maintenance and integration of system solutions with other systems and data involving networks, databases, and applications; performing complex application and system analysis implementation, and new operating system/hardware compatibility and support is required. Five (5) years of the above work experience must include: three (3) years system administration and two (2) years software development/application experience.

Licensure and/or Certification – Must possess a valid driver license from state of residence.
Critical Organizational Infrastructure requirements – This job may be responsible for conducting research on, working on, or having the ability to access critical organizational infrastructure; must be able to maintain the security and integrity of the infrastructure related to this role. Additionally, and more specifically, must not be employed by nor have any connection or continuous connections to any governmental entity or political apparatus of a country listed in 15 C.F.R. §791.4.
