* The Opportunity:

* Work on a small team to develop, maintain, and improve existing software systems
* Execute the research, engineering, and development of solutions to support operational capabilities
* Optimize legacy operational software systems as necessary to meet continuously evolving cyber security requirements
* Apply system level knowledge (OS and hardware) to be able to diagnose issues and provide solutions
* Work on infrastructure for our customer that provides pre-mission configuration management and post-mission data workflows to support the war fighter. Responsibilities:
* Refine and enhance existing applications to best meet customer/operational requirements

* Develop and maintain user and administrative documentation to meet customer contract requirements
* Periodically travel onsite to integrate operational systems and updates
* Profile, analyze, and optimize legacy software system, operating system, and security hardening requirements

Qualifications:

Required:

* Must be a U.S. Citizen

* Must currently hold a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

* Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field or other relevant experience
* 5-7 years professional experience with Dev Sec Ops , Systems Administration, and/or Systems Provisioning
* Solid understanding of Linux-based storage drivers, interfaces, as well as network storage solutions
* Solid Linux system and scripting experience with Python, Bash, and/or Ansible
* Basic understanding of software, complex design concepts, patterns, tools and best practices
* Basic understanding of virtualization and configuring hypervisor software
* Basic understanding of computer networking and common networking equipment Desired:
* Some experience with a popular CI/CD system such as Git Hub Actions, Git Lab Pipelines, Jenkins, or CircleCI

* Basic understanding of software, complex design concepts, distributed systems, networking, patterns, tools, and best practices
* Familiarity with device boot processes, such as BIOS, UEFI, and PXE boot capabilities
* Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU virtualization
