This role is a key position within our Customer Success team, responsible for onboarding, implementation, training, and advisory services to ensure client adoption and satisfaction.

• Guide clients through implementation of our solutions, ensuring seamless integration.
• Provide comprehensive training and technical support throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Facilitate pre‑sales demos, showcasing ROI to potential and existing clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand and utilize deliverables for strategic decisions.
• Assist in strategic account pursuits, presenting data, analytics, and underlying methodologies with confidence.
• Manage project execution, including scheduling and oversight of deliverables to ensure timely high‑quality results.
• Provide proactive feedback to internal teams, driving product enhancements and issue resolution.

This role focuses on onboarding, implementation, training, with consulting and advisory responsibilities. The primary goal is to minimize churn by engaging clients and driving adoption.

• Deep expertise in oil & gas operations, minerals, or financial services – strong industry understanding.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools; experience with Enverus PRISM and RFx preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for complex data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach to client needs.
• Demonstrated project management experience from planning to completion.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills across multiple engagements.

• Sit for extended periods, use computer with repetitive motions.
• Lift up to 35 pounds safely using safe lifting techniques.
• Communicate effectively with others.
